Dans le cadre de cet indice, l&#8217;IBP a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un sous-indice des institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le afin d&#8217;\u00e9valuer dans quelle mesure les institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le (ISC) promeuvent le contr\u00f4le budg\u00e9taire. Le rapport d&#8217;audit sur les activit\u00e9s des institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le pour l&#8217;Indice sur le budget ouvert comprenait sept questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le rapport 2021, la Chambre des comptes d&#8217;Azerba\u00efdjan a obtenu une note de 89 sur 100 pour le contr\u00f4le budg\u00e9taire et a obtenu le nombre maximum de points sur les trois questions connexes. Dans l&#8217;ensemble, la Chambre des comptes (89 points) s&#8217;est class\u00e9e troisi\u00e8me sur 120 pays pour l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des activit\u00e9s des ISC en mati\u00e8re de contr\u00f4le
