L&#8217;enqu\u00eate a interrog\u00e9 1 553 fonctionnaires de l&#8217;Institution sup\u00e9rieure de contr\u00f4le (ISC) sur leur sensibilisation \u00e0 la question, la culture organisationnelle, la pr\u00e9valence du harc\u00e8lement sur le lieu de travail et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de politiques d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces efforts refl\u00e8tent l&#8217;adh\u00e9sion de l&#8217;ISC \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/efsur.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Declaracion-de-Guayaquil-2018-EFSUR.pdf\">&#8221; D\u00e9claration de Santiago de Guayaquil &#8220;<\/a> de septembre 2018 sur l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes, publi\u00e9e par l&#8217;Organisation des institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le des finances publiques du MERCOSUR et des pays associ\u00e9s (EFSUR). Les signataires de la d\u00e9claration ont convenu de sept accords, notamment de d\u00e9terminer l&#8217;\u00e9tat actuel de l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes au sein de leurs institutions, de promouvoir l&#8217;\u00e9laboration de r\u00e9glementations et de politiques qui abordent cette question et d&#8217;encourager la participation des citoyens \u00e0 la surveillance des programmes et des politiques mis en \u0153uvre par les gouvernements pour atteindre l&#8217;objectif de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) 5 des Nations unies (\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/intosaijournal.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/SAI-Ecuador-Gender-Equity-Logo-for-web.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/intosaijournal.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/SAI-Ecuador-Gender-Equity-Logo-for-web.jpg\" alt=\"L'ISC \u00c9quateur promeut l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes\" class=\"wp-image-23330\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la D\u00e9claration, l&#8217;EFSUR a publi\u00e9 en 2019 sa <a href=\"https:\/\/efsur.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Relevamiento-de-la-Normativa-de-Ge%CC%81nero-EFSUR-2019.pdf\">IVe compilation des r\u00e9glementations en mati\u00e8re de genre<\/a>, qui analyse la mise en \u0153uvre par les ISC membres des r\u00e9glementations internationales et r\u00e9gionales, des dispositions constitutionnelles et des lois nationales relatives aux droits p\u00e9naux, aux droits du travail, aux droits politiques, aux droits civils et aux autres droits li\u00e9s au genre. Ce rapport repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9valuation importante des progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9gion et constitue une ressource que les ISC peuvent utiliser pour examiner les politiques gouvernementales en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;EFSUR recueille actuellement des informations aupr\u00e8s des ISC sur leurs progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes en 2020, en vue de sa prochaine compilation. L&#8217;ISC \u00c9quateur a men\u00e9 son enqu\u00eate afin de contribuer \u00e0 ce document et d&#8217;apporter des changements positifs en interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;ISC \u00c9quateur a publi\u00e9 un rapport sur les r\u00e9sultats de son enqu\u00eate, ainsi que trois recommandations : renforcer la connaissance de l&#8217;ODD 5 parmi le personnel, mettre en \u0153uvre des politiques internes et prendre d&#8217;autres mesures pour am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes, et \u00e9laborer une politique globale de promotion de cette question au sein de l&#8217;institution.
