Le conseil d&#8217;administration et le personnel de la revue se r\u00e9jouissent de poursuivre leur engagement constructif, coll\u00e9gial et informatif avec la communaut\u00e9 de l&#8217;INTOSAI en 2022 et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis tr\u00e8s heureux d&#8217;annoncer que l&#8217;\u00e9dition d&#8217;hiver du Journal marque le d\u00e9but d&#8217;une approche plus approfondie de la diversit\u00e9, de l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l&#8217;inclusion. \u00c0 l&#8217;avenir, une section r\u00e9currente mettra en lumi\u00e8re les efforts novateurs et productifs d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par la communaut\u00e9 de l&#8217;INTOSAI pour d\u00e9montrer l&#8217;importance d&#8217;un engagement fort en faveur de ces questions, tant au sein des institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le (ISC) que dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nouveau Spotlight on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion du Journal est coh\u00e9rent avec les principes et les valeurs \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans l&#8217;Agenda pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable des Nations unies, avec sa promesse centrale de &#8220;ne laisser personne de c\u00f4t\u00e9&#8221;, et dans de nombreux efforts en cours au sein de notre communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les articles de fond de ce num\u00e9ro du Journal portent sur l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et mettent en lumi\u00e8re un large \u00e9ventail d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences et d&#8217;id\u00e9es pr\u00e9cieuses issues des travaux men\u00e9s par l&#8217;Organisation africaine des institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le des finances publiques (AFROSAI-E), la Fondation canadienne pour l&#8217;audit et la reddition de comptes (CAAF) et l&#8217;Initiative de d\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;INTOSAI (IDI).
