En reconnaissant la tendance \u00e0 l&#8217;accroissement des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, l&#8217;IDI vise \u00e0 promouvoir et \u00e0 soutenir des pratiques d&#8217;audit de haute qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 fort impact, en se concentrant sur l&#8217;audit dans les domaines hautement prioritaires des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et de la marginalisation. Le protocole d&#8217;accord avec ONU Femmes fait partie d&#8217;une solide coalition de parties prenantes qui contribuera d&#8217;abord au d\u00e9veloppement de la strat\u00e9gie de l&#8217;IDI pour l&#8217;EPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La signature de ce protocole d&#8217;accord s&#8217;inscrit dans le cadre d&#8217;une s\u00e9rie de r\u00e9unions de l&#8217;IDI et de s\u00e9ances de r\u00e9flexion pour l&#8217;EPT et l&#8217;audit coop\u00e9ratif mondial des mesures d&#8217;adaptation au changement climatique, qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es \u00e0 New York en juillet 2022. L&#8217;IDI a utilis\u00e9 cette opportunit\u00e9 pour impliquer l&#8217;INTOSAI et les parties prenantes externes participant aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements du Forum politique de haut niveau (HLPF) de l&#8217;ONU et aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements parall\u00e8les qui se d\u00e9roulaient simultan\u00e9ment cette semaine-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;EPT, r\u00e9cemment lanc\u00e9e en 2022, soutient le r\u00f4le des institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le (ISC) dans la contribution \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, explore des solutions innovantes pour les audits d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et facilite les audits coop\u00e9ratifs dans les domaines hautement prioritaires li\u00e9s au genre et \u00e0 l&#8217;inclusion. Par le biais de l&#8217;EPT, l&#8217;IDI cartographiera les tendances des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, aidera les ISC \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des portefeuilles d&#8217;audits strat\u00e9giques pour contr\u00f4ler les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, et soutiendra les ISC dans la r\u00e9alisation de ces audits conform\u00e9ment aux normes, en facilitant l&#8217;impact de ces audits et en promouvant le r\u00f4le et la contribution des ISC dans le contr\u00f4le de l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances pour l&#8217;avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la r\u00e9union de juillet 2022, l&#8217;IDI a fourni \u00e0 ONU Femmes une vue d&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;EPT et a discut\u00e9 des opportunit\u00e9s pour ONU Femmes de servir de partenaire cl\u00e9 tout au long de l&#8217;initiative pour aider \u00e0 contribuer au domaine d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat du genre, mais aussi aux fa\u00e7ons dont le genre se croise avec les autres domaines d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat de l&#8217;EPT que sont la pauvret\u00e9, le handicap, la migration et l&#8217;appartenance ethnique. ONU Femmes a r\u00e9uni des experts techniques du bureau des services ind\u00e9pendants d&#8217;\u00e9valuation et d&#8217;audit (IEAS), du bureau de la gouvernance et de la planification nationale, et des domaines de l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et de l&#8217;inclusion des personnes handicap\u00e9es, de l&#8217;\u00e9limination de la violence \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard des femmes et de l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et de l&#8217;autonomisation des femmes afin d&#8217;entamer une discussion sur les facteurs de changement de l&#8217;EPT au sein des ISC et sur les moyens d&#8217;\u00e9valuer l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes dans le cadre actuel du syst\u00e8me des Nations unies. Les repr\u00e9sentants d&#8217;ONU Femmes ont discut\u00e9 des audits ant\u00e9rieurs et en cours, ainsi que des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;intersectionnalit\u00e9 dans l&#8217;audit de l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes. Mme Elaine Souza, du Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o (SAI Br\u00e9sil), a invit\u00e9 ONU Femmes \u00e0 participer au prochain INCOSAI 2022 \u00e0 Rio de Janeiro, au Br\u00e9sil. L&#8217;IDI a indiqu\u00e9 qu&#8217;elle pr\u00e9voyait d&#8217;organiser un \u00e9v\u00e9nement parall\u00e8le \u00e0 l&#8217;INCOSAI afin de lancer officiellement le programme d&#8217;\u00e9tudes sur l&#8217;EPT et d&#8217;avoir une discussion avec l&#8217;ensemble de la communaut\u00e9 des ISC sur les audits relatifs \u00e0 la pauvret\u00e9 et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes, et a invit\u00e9 ONU Femmes \u00e0 y participer.
