Als Teil dieses Index hat das IBP einen Teilindex der Obersten Rechnungskontrollbeh\u00f6rden entwickelt, um zu bewerten, wie gut die Obersten Rechnungskontrollbeh\u00f6rden (ORKB) die Haushaltskontrolle f\u00f6rdern. Der Pr\u00fcfbericht \u00fcber die T\u00e4tigkeit der Obersten Rechnungskontrollbeh\u00f6rden f\u00fcr den Open Budget Index bestand aus sieben Fragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Bericht 2021 erzielte die Rechnungskammer Aserbaidschans bei der Haushaltskontrolle 89 von 100 Punkten und bei den drei damit verbundenen Fragen die maximale Punktzahl. Insgesamt belegte die Rechnungskammer (89 Punkte) den dritten Platz unter 120 L\u00e4ndern bei der Bewertung der Aktivit\u00e4ten der ORKB zur
