NAMS ist eine Software, die den Pr\u00fcfungsprozess rationalisiert, um Risiken genau zu ermitteln und zu verringern und so Zeit, Platz und Geld zu sparen. Dieses neue System markiert den Beginn eines digitalen Pr\u00fcfungssystems in Nepal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das OAG hat eine Richtlinie erlassen und eine Einheit zur Verwaltung des NAMS gebildet, die Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie (IKT) und integrierte Verwaltungsanwendungen zur Automatisierung des Pr\u00fcfungszyklus einsetzt. Das System unterst\u00fctzt alle Pr\u00fcfungsaktivit\u00e4ten, einschlie\u00dflich:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risikobasierte Pr\u00fcfungsplanung auf Bundes-, Landes- und Kommunalebene;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Datenmigration aus verschiedenen staatlichen IKT-Systemen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online-Zugriff auf die gepr\u00fcfte Stelle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durchf\u00fchrung von Pr\u00fcfungen anhand von Checklisten und Vorlagen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online-Mechanismus zur Kontrolle und Sicherung der Pr\u00fcfungsqualit\u00e4t;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online-\u00dcbertragung von systemgenerierten Audit-Berichten; und<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Archivierung der Pr\u00fcfungsunterlagen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Die staatlichen Rechnungspr\u00fcfer m\u00fcssen mit den Technologien Schritt halten und wissen, wie man in der heutigen digitalen Umgebung pr\u00fcft&#8221;, sagte Tankamani Sharma Dangal, der Auditor General von Nepal, bei der Er\u00f6ffnungsfeier des NAMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Da sich die Welt digitalisiert, gibt es f\u00fcr die Pr\u00fcfer keine andere M\u00f6glichkeit, als softwaregest\u00fctzte Pr\u00fcfungsmethoden einzuf\u00fchren.
